𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 - 𝟖:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌 ~ 𝟓:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐇𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments for repair and maintenance services by phone, email, or in person when needed.
• Prepare and update maintenance reports, labor reports, and other service-related records.
• Check maintenance reports against the cash book to ensure all records are accurate.
• Update customer information in the Customer Master File.
• Record daily cash receipts, monthly invoices, and credit/debit notes (CN & DN) in the Customer Collection Report (CCR).
• Monitor and update outstanding balances for the Dawei, Myeik, Mawlamyine, and Pathein branches.
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) for key customers.
• Prepare reports and documents for CCR and Key Account Management (KAM) meetings, including meeting minutes and outstanding balance reports.
• Check and reconcile CCR records with SAP after month-end closing and help resolve any differences.
• Coordinate with the EI Department to prepare credit and debit notes by providing invoice details.
• Reissue invoices to customers when requested.
• Meet with customers to discuss payment matters when required by the Finance team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections, with the ability to independently manage the full AR process.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel, and experience using the SAP system.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commercially minded with the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both in writing and over the phone.
• Positive, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, accountability, initiative, and commitment with a strong sense of urgency.
• A good team player who is willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and willing to work both in the office and in the field when required.
