Position - Accountant (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 800,000 MMK

Business – FMCG Distribution (Beverage / Soft Drink), Mini Mart

Working Days & Hours–Monday to Saturday (8:30AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location – Mandalay

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

·        Maintain full set of accounting records including daily sales, expenses, and transactions.

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

·        Monitor and reconcile cash, bank, and credit transactions.

·        Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and customer balances.

·        Oversee and control inventory accounting for mini mart and distribution stock.

·        Coordinate with warehouse team on stock movement, stock balance.

·        Assist in budget planning and cash flow management.

·        Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

·        Support external audit and compliance processes when required. 

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·        Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (retail/distribution preferred).

·        Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory control.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

·        Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.

·        Able to work with warehouse and operations teams.
