Position - Admin Assistant (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 400,000 MMK + Ferry provided, Transportation allowance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, MPT mobile Package

Plaza) 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Thilawa)
Location - Bahan & Thilawa (Alternative)
Job Description:
General Admin Duties: (60%)
• Office supplies/Stationery for both city office and Thilawa facility
• Office / Factory/ Warehouse/ Car rental process
• Overall handling stamp duty process of rental contracts
• Prepare/ Keep required administrative documents for Audit process
• Transport related matters (ferry, travels, flight tickets, etc)
• Hotel/ Accommodation Arrangement
• Engage third party service providers with regards to the necessities at city office and Thilawa facility.
IT Duties: (20%)
• Facilitate repair & maintenance of Office Furniture & IT Equipment (Laptop, Projector, Office
Renovation, etc.)
• Engage IT suppliers for purchase and maintenance.
• Monitor inventory of Fixed Asset (IT & Admin asset) count
Assist in Ad-hoc project & events assigned where necessary (20%)
Job Requirement
• University degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Admin function
• Can communicate reasonably well in English
• Good team player
• Good written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented, organized in work and able to meet timeline
• Proactive and Independent
