Position - Admin Specialist(M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Negotiate
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
Location - Bahan Township
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Estimation: output contract estimations correctly to support the leadership to make profitability decisions, make analysis on major costs and expenses to find problems in estimations, support rules optimization.
2. Finance solutions: for all kinds of contract scenarios, provide the corresponding financial comprehensive solution proposal, and support the negotiations
3. Credit management: responsible for credit management, and provide integrated credit solutions for rep office.
4. Customer Analysis: responsible for customer financial analysis according to customer's quarter/annual financial statement, provide forecast on customer operation and direction for business based on the analysis result.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least a degree in Finance/Economics or any equivalent background.
2. Preferably candidate with 3 or more years of relevant experience with a strong project management background.
3. Financial statement reading and understanding, knowledge of accounting standard, Contract reading and understanding
4. Excellent interpersonal, managerial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good at Chinese language.
