Position - Administrative cum Account Officer (F - 2 Posts)
Salary - Up to 800,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Descriptions (Administrative):
- Conduct supplier evaluations for purchasing office supplies and stationery, review requisitions from departments, and process approvals based on company needs.
- Inspect and manage repairs or replacements for vehicles, generators, electrical lines, water pipelines, and motors, including handling payment processes.
- Verify costs and process payments for car license renewal, business licenses, fire safety licenses, vehicle insurance, and related documents.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills (phone, electricity, internet, water), garbage tax, city development taxes, and other statutory taxes.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing cash and inventory.
- Inspect and manage the company’s fixed assets.
- Track mileage, generator usage, and fuel consumption records for vehicles and generators as needed.
- Handle administrative errands, including visits to government offices, when necessary.
Job Descriptions (Accounting):
- Maintain a proper cash book and Excel records for petty cash transactions and update the MIT V6 ERP Software with accounting entries.
- Process and manage claims for advances issued to departments.
- Verify invoices for administrative expenses and record them accurately in the appropriate cost center or accounting ledger.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the Finance & Accounts Manager.
Job Requirement
- Must hold a university degree. (Preference will be given to Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduates or those with LCCI Level 3 qualifications from the UK.)
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet.
- Advanced Excel skills are required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, MATCH, COUNT functions.
- Proficiency in at least one accounting software is mandatory.
