Salary - 1,200,000 MMK ~ 1,500,000 MMK + Transportation + Health Insurance + Performance Bonus

Job Description:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns.
- Conduct market/competitor research and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal teams.
- Prepare brand event plan under brand strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Oversee the detailed tracking and management of the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures align with the defined financial goals and P&L targets.
- Organize and support internal meetings, including preparing presentations, and tracking action items.
- Identify and explain the market trends and consumer requirements clearly to the brand manager.
- Acquire and utilize knowledge and skills according to the situational requirements.
- Coordinate and work with external supplier in a professional manner.
- Assist Brand Manager to achieve marketing KPI & Brand plan .
- Support new product development (NPD) and innovation projects, including concept testing, packaging development, and market launch planning.
- Define and propose marketing strategies to brand manager.
- Create the necessary STPC Sheets and propose excellent copy ideas, ensuring a deep understanding of development criteria and rules.
- Develop and manage planning proposals for advertisement and promotional activities.
- Actively manage the brand’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement below the Gross Margin line, focusing on controlling marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure brand strategies are translated into effective volume generation and distribution expansion plans.
- Ensure all marketing communications and product initiatives consistently reinforce the brand's established positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis (pricing, product offerings, distribution, and messaging) to inform strategic moves that gain market share and maintain competitive advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in branding/marketing at least.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- English skill must have intermediate.
- Work in a goal driven environment and perform all tasks within the defined timeline
- Strong Understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Creative thinking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation.
- Ability to multitask, plan, and manage deadlines.
