Location - Thanlyin Township

Job Description:

• Execute day-to-day financial accounting and transactional activities (Record to Report process) in compliance with accounting and reporting requirements.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, reconciliation, and consolidation processes to ensure timely financial closing process.

• Assist in Maintaining Chart of Accounts, aged AP/AR reports, bank reconciliation statements, Intercompany Balances Reconciliation processes.

• Prepare financial statements, financial reports and supporting analyses (both defined and ad hoc) to summarize and forecast departmental and company business activity.

• Maintain relationships with key financial stakeholders including regulatory agencies and external auditors.

• Myanmar tax and regulations experience is required.

• Provide financial data for budgeting and forecasting, contribute recommendations related to complex accounting issues.

• Direct and delegate work efforts to team members, review quality and completion of work

• Contribute to special projects and assignments as requested by management to maintain and expand the business of the estate and its interests.

• Thorough understanding of accounting standards including IFRS, local codes and regulations

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team with heavy workloads and tight deadlines.

• Deep numerical and analytical expertise with an eye for detail, precision, and accuracy.

• From time to time, you may be expected to execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, to maintain, promote, develop, and expand the business of our estate and its interests.

Job Requirement

• (8) years & above working experience in related field and minimum (5) years of experience in managerial skill and oversea experienced in accounting professional must also be essential and real estate development.

• Master's degree in finance or accounting, Certificate in ACCA, CPA, ACA or CFA

• Able to think creatively within budget and strong leadership & technical skills.

• In-depth knowledge of transactional and reconciliation processes and procedures

• High level of computer literacy; familiarity with accounting software

• Team player with analytical and problem-solving skill

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
