Position - Assistant NR-Agri Manager (Administrative) (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK 

Business - Soil Testing Service

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Hlaing Township

Job Description: 

  • Manage office activities to ensure effective implementation of and compliance with Company internal quality and divisional procedures and systems requirements. 
  • Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the Company Statement of Integrity. 
  • Provide consultative support to the certificate team, invoice team, fumigation team, physical lab team, and operation team to ensure complete knowledge of and compliance with the client’s requirements, including the accuracy and timeliness of the inspection report or certificate. 
  • Ensure staff, inspectors, and fumigators completely understand the work instructions and SOP. 
  • Communicate with affiliates and clients for agriculture service matters. 
  • Coordinate with sales affiliates and provide quotations to the client for local and international orders, then follow up. 
  • Set staff's objectives together with assessment criteria and perform their performance evaluations annually. 
  • Monitor divisional staff performance and improvements, including KPI measurement systems. 
  • Identify training needs for divisional development, and where applicable, provide recommendations or training required for continuous work improvements and capability enhancement. 
  • Ensure optimum utilization of resources in terms of cost control, maintenance, or improvement of quality services. 
  • Prepare and review departmental cost breakdowns, financial reports, comments on revenue, and forecasts. 
  • Active handling of customers’ inquiries, complaints, feedback, and payments. 
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and laboratory testing requirements. 
  • Managing the preparation of internal and external audit processes and the handling of corrective actions and improvements when necessary. 
  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining information by using IT systems. 
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards the company's business strategy. 
  • Develop new services, products, and concepts for the assigned market segment. 
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree with high level education and prefer to have knowledge in business administration including marketing knowledge. 
  • Proven experience of working in the related field or working in management level.  
  • Leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.  
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office is a must. 
  • Proficiency in English language 4 skills. 
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, IT solutions and ISO standards. 
  • Able to work independently and achieve departmental objectives. 
  • Willing to learn and ability to train others.
