𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚 𝐒𝐄𝐙 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Support the inspection of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet required quality and quantity standards.
• Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and support cost efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure the availability of necessary spare parts.
• Help minimize machine downtime and maintain smooth plant operations.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and production targets.
• Show initiative, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and good people management skills.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fertilizer manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and production management.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
• Good command of Myanmar and English is preferred.
• A valid driving license is required.
• Candidates residing in or near Thanlyin are preferred due to the factory location.
• Willingness to work overtime when required to support urgent operational needs.
