Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads, prospecting potential banking clients, and scheduling sales meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Coordinate and support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and product presentations.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations that effectively showcase InyaLand's banking solutions.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends and positioning strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to gather technical and product-related information for pre-sales activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining sales collateral, including solution brochures, case studies, and sales decks.
- Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in banking technology to provide customers with relevant information and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and industry challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
