Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads, prospecting potential banking clients, and scheduling sales meetings.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
Coordinate and support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and product presentations.
Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations that effectively showcase InyaLand's banking solutions.
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends and positioning strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to gather technical and product-related information for pre-sales activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining sales collateral, including solution brochures, case studies, and sales decks.
Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in banking technology to provide customers with relevant information and guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and industry challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and articulate complex concepts to clients.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
