Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Kan Thar Yar Office Tower

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

🔸Identify new business opportunities and to advance existing client relationships offering Ammon Consulting (Myanmar)'s HR Services

🔸Research and identify new market opportunities;

🔸Collaborating with the management on business trends to develop new services;

🔸Understanding client's recruitment requirements and offering solutions and support;

🔸Conduct meetings with clients by phone, email, and in person;

🔸Managing yourself and in the future progressing into a management position for Recruiters and Resources in order to meet targets and expand.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🔹Bachelor ‘degree holder

🔹Minimum 2-3 year’s working experience in related field.

🔹 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

🔹Solutions-selling experience with high level contacts

🔹Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization

🔹Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team

🔹Strong customer service orientation

🔹Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🔹Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Pack such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
