Job Description
- Manage profit and loss of the bank
- To provide maximum return to shareholders
- Set strategy for treasury management and maximize return on treasury
- Manage the investment portfolio and the interbank position with the highest return possible
- To maximize other investment returns
- Setting cost of fund target and management the cost of fund movement within set target
- To manage financial operations (budgeting, forecasting, auditing)
- To monitor balance sheet position and mange it with optimal level
- To develop the bank's financial plan, including budgeting and forecasting
- To provide strategic finance recommendation to BOD and CEO
- Responsible for the accuracy of the finance related reports for the bank when presenting to external stakeholders
- Responsible to do taxation in timely manner and to comply with taxation laws
- Responsible to make sure that the bank complies the financial standard set by the governing regulators
- Review and improve financial processes
- Develop the Financial Management System and Internal Financial Control.
- Own Integration of Financial Planning Procedures, SOPs, and ways of working across the Organization.
- Direct and Further Improve Accounting and Internal Control Policies, Procedures and systems necessary for proper accounting practices, Controls, and Services
- Oversee the production of Financial Results and Report, in Compliance with the required Standards.
- Evaluating the Financial Performance of the Organization and measure returns on investments
Job Requirement
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree that is related to the field of accounting. (Master is Preferred).
- A Professional Diploma either from ACCA, CPA, CFA.
- Excellent education background as well as excellence in finance career
- At Least (10) years Financial Management Experience in Banking Field and (2-3) years’ experience in same Position.
- Strong leadership Skills
- Computer Skills (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Up to date Knowledge of Current Financial and Accounting Computer Applications.
- Excellent verbal, Analytical, Organizational and written skills both in English and Myanmar.
