Working Days & Hours - 5.5 Days a Week (8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM)

Location - Yangon & Mandalay

Job Description: 

• Plan and implement developmentally age appropriated Chinese lessons plan.
• Use songs, stories, games, role-play, and hands-on activities to support language acquisition
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom atmosphere for young learners
• Support children’s listening, speaking, early literacy, and cultural awareness in Mandarin
• Observe, assess, and document students’ progress and language development
• Maintain effective classroom management using positive guidance techniques
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, teaching assistants, and school leadership
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
• Ensure classroom safety and follow all school policies and child safeguarding procedures

Job Requirement

• HSK level 4 or 5 
• Teaching certification 
• Strong command of spoken Mandarin with clear pronunciation
• Experience teaching Mandarin to preschool or early childhood students preferred
• Experience working in a preschool, kindergarten, or early learning setting is an advantage
• Familiarity with play-based or inquiry-based learning approaches
• Passion for teaching young children and language learning
