Job Description:
- Manage and develop all the accounting functions and liaise with all the related internal/ external contacts.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, banking, and investment strategies.
- Supervise the corporate finance team and ensure accurate accounting operations.
- Prepare and manage yearly financial plan and project by project financial plan.
- Develop and maintain financial systems in accordance with the Company's Business Plan. Direct control to accounting and financial operations process and procedure.
- Managing the budget forecasting future income and expenses, creating budgets and balance sheets, and ensuring that spending is within budget limits.
- Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis and implement Business financial System regarding the business nature.
- Check and manage all financial transactions, including issuing payments, collecting debts, and investing money.
- Prepares reports and documents covering accounting function, transactions for top management and BOD review.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (mandatory).
- MBA in Finance, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting roles.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role and corporate or head-office finance experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
