Job Description:
Accountability:
- Responsible for managing customer appointment system
- Coordinate with on-call Nutritionist & manage daily calls of patients
- Assist country manager & country head in managing admin task
Customer service operator
- To book the customer appointment & manage the appointment system
- Receive the patient calls, booking appointment with the Nutritionist & guiding them
- Coordinate with on-call Nutritionist & manage daily calls of patients
- Assist country manager & country head in managing admin task
Office assistant
- Assist country manager & country head in managing admin task
- Data entry, Analysis

Job Requirement
- Any degree graduated
- 3-5 years in managing customer care service, reception or operator of any mid-size to large organization (Worked as receptionist)
- Fluent in Myanmar language to communicate with patients
- MS office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to manage & record the data in the excel file
- Fluency in both Burmese (Professional) & English Languages
- Planning and organizing
- Interpersonal Skill
