Job Description

• Brainstorming and drafting engaging content (text and visual ideas) for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Assisting in managing the company’s official social media pages, including scheduling posts and responding to inquiries/comments.
• Monitoring industry trends in HR and keeping track of marketing activities in this field.
• Working with team members to execute company events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) or related certificates in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• No prior experience required. We welcome Fresh Graduates and Entry-Level candidates who have a strong passion for digital marketing.
• Good command of both Myanmar and English (written and verbal). Ability to write clear and professional copy.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn).
• Strong creativity and a proactive mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a professional corporate environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.]
