Position - Documentation Specialist (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 700,000 MMK + Health Insurance, Life Insurance, MPT Mobile Package, Ferry

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Bahan Township

Job Description: 

• Responsible for assisting in importing including but not limited to shipping document check; import license application or application for other required permits or documents to import; preparing for import custom clearance and communicating with agents
• Responsible for assisting in exporting including but not limited to getting required shipping documents issued accurately; export license application or application for other required permits or documents to export; preparing for export custom clearance and communicating with agents.  (50 %)
• Document checking and customer service for third party importing customers for CIF or CNF sales and exporting suppliers for FOB sales.  (20%)
• Support the logistics Assistant Manager, the commercial team or production team in areas including but not limited to liaising and coordinating with third party logistic vendors such as ports, trucking, warehousing, labor service etc. (20%)
• Keeping oneself up to date with import and export process of relevant products as well as changes in custom duties and other applicable taxes. Learn and become proficient in related functions (EKA, . etc.)  (10%)

Job Requirement 

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in documentation process of custom clearance, import procedures and knowledge shipping terms
• Fairly proficient in written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Preferably with a diploma and above education in business, logistics or supply chain
• Prefer Animal Feed or Agriculture Feed working experience
