Job Description: 

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel driver acquisition strategies (e.g., online/social media advertising, offline events, referral programs, local partnerships) to meet fleet growth targets. 
  • Manage the complete driver recruitment funnel, from lead generation to activation, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve conversion rates. 
  • Analyze sourcing channel effectiveness, manage the acquisition budget, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost per acquisition (CPA). 
  • Stay current with local market trends and competitor activities to ensure our sourcing strategies remain competitive. 
  • Create and manage all driver-facing marketing communications, establishing a clear and compelling brand voice. 
  • Develop messaging that effectively highlights the unique benefits of driving with NOVA EV (e.g., lower operating costs with EVs, better earnings, positive environmental impact, company support). 
  • Manage driver-centric communication channels, including email newsletters, SMS/in-app notifications, and private social media groups. 
  • Produce engaging content (digital, print, video) for both prospective and current drivers. 
  • Design and implement comprehensive engagement programs to foster a strong sense of community and loyalty among drivers. 
  • Develop and manage driver retention strategies, including performance-based incentives, recognition programs, and loyalty rewards. 
  • Establish feedback loops (surveys, roundtables, 1-on-1 meetings) to monitor driver satisfaction, identify pain points, and champion solutions. 
  • Organize driver events, appreciation days, and workshops to build personal connections and provide value. 
  • Act as the primary advocate for drivers within the company, ensuring their voice is heard and their feedback is integrated into operational decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and  communicate effectively with diverse audiences. 
  • Online and offline marketing skills. 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on lead generation, community management, or lifecycle marketing. 
  • A self-starter attitude; highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
