Business - Manufacturing and Distributing of  Beverage

Position - Efficiency & Compliance Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,000,000 MMK + Ferry

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM)

Location - Bahan Township, Yangon

Job Description: 

Champion SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) of whole company

  • Update existing SOP if any change in WOW (Way of Working) or any new process
  • Propose new WOW for (a) better compliance and (b) better efficiency with deep understanding of details of how company operates.

Local Audit

  • Prepare annual audit plan and execute.
  • Plan ad hoc audit as per business requirement and execute.
  • Reconcile AR and validation on Trade Stock

Risk Mitigation

  • Lead quarterly Risk & Assurance meeting.
  • Own G&H (Gift & Hospitality) process and approval

Training

  • Conduct Annual COBC (Code of Business Conduct) to all employees.
  • Conduct Annual ‘conflict of interest’ training & Coordinate Job rearrangement with HR & respective head of department if any necessity to address ‘conflict of interest’.

Global Reporting

  • Lead annual LSF exercise & reporting & follow-ups!
  • Work together with Finance team for SAPIN II exercise & reporting & follow-ups
  • Lead Global Risk mapping exercise & reporting & follow-ups every 3 year!

Global Audit

  • Assist Global Audit on Myanmar

 

  • Able to use in Computer MS Office Applications and Power PointFollow up on action plans recommended by Global Auditors

Job Requirement

  • CPA/B. Com (or) Accounting degree holder (or) Any Graduate with ACCA (II), Dip (IFR)
  • Fluent English Communication skill (Myanmar native speaker)
  • Minimum 3 years and above experience in related field
  • Need to be independent worker with remote coaching / instruction from Thailand boss.
  • Proactiveness to address the issues (finding and solving)
  • Excellent Inter-personal, Communication skills and ability
  • Able to travel and work extended hours as required.
  • Able to use in Computer MS Office Applications and Power Point
