𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Take responsibility for the inspection, repair, maintenance, and supervision of engines, hydraulic systems, wiring systems, and gearboxes for heavy machinery such as excavators, pavers, rollers, and dump trucks to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs, including regular oil and fluid changes, inspections, and servicing, to ensure heavy machinery remains in optimal operating condition and meets required standards.
• Travel to project sites to inspect machinery defects and provide hands-on leadership in troubleshooting and executing emergency repairs and maintenance.
• Systematically lead and manage the mechanical team while supervising site safety and ensuring compliance with workplace rules and regulations.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• B.E. or B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in heavy machinery repair and maintenance.
• Proven experience in project management and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently in the field.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and project requirements.
• Hands-on approach with the capability to solve on-site technical challenges.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
