Job Summary:

·        Manage the Finance Department and Procurement and Treasury Transactions and ICOFR

·        Prepare for monthly Financial Reports

·        Prepare Yearly Budget, Quarterly Forecast and Comparison with Actual

·        Review Audit & Statutory Report and communicate with Auditor and Tax Office

Job Description:

·        Review Daily Cash Flow (Cash/Bank transaction in/out) including Saving account

·        Review and communicate Procurement process ‘s issues and KPI

·        Assign and Manage the Finance staff for their responsibility

·        Set up internal control procedure -ICOFR as per Group Policy

·        Review and check reconciliation statements (AP, AR, FA and GL Trial Balance and Bank)

·        Prepare monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Group Reporting Package in HFM and Symphony 

·        Explain and communicate with Business Manager for preparing Budget, Forecast

·        Review Capex spending under Approval Capex

·        Prepare the comparison Budget, Forecast and PY with Actual and action plan for Gap

·        Discuss with Business for monthly result which is Management reports, NWC result

·        Assist and incorporate with internal/external auditors to facilitate the auditing process

·        Ensure tax payment to be made within required time frame (Commercial Tax, Income Tax,

·        Withholding Tax, Capital Gain Tax)

·        Review and Check for submitting quarterly and yearly tax return in timely manner

·        Prepare Equity Reconciliation between Group and Statutory Report 

Job Requirement

·        Professional qualification which are ACCA, or CPA of MBA will be added an advantage

·        At least 5 Years in similar Position or extensive experience in oversea is a must

·        Handle Full set of Account or GL Module using with ERP

·        Work in close collaboration with Region & Global Team
