Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Sat Work From Home) (9:00 AM ~ 5:00PM)

Location - Thingangyun Township

Job Description: 

• Developing financial forecasts and projections, analyzing financial data, and preparing budgets.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Lead the budgeting process across all departments.
• Producing periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Formulating financial strategies and policies to guide the organization's financial decisions and achieve its financial goals.
• Identifying and assessing financial risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Supervising a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and mentorship, and overseeing day-to-day financial operations.
• Monitoring cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization has enough funds to meet its obligations and achieve its objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards. Coordinating audits and reviews.
• Implementing and maintaining robust financial systems, processes, and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• B. Com or other related Degree or Master with Finance, ACCA Affiliate or CPA
• 5 or more years previous work experience in Finance Manager position
• Good experience with accounting software, statistical analysis tools
• Good communication skills and English in 4 skills
• Best understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards and best practices.
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, problem solving and   must be able to work together with the team.
• Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality.
