Position - Finance Manager (F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK

Business - Phone Company

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Job Description:

  • Checking Daily Cash/Bank reports.
  • Checking Expenditure for supplier invoices; check and pass all expense claims for approval, with due regard to expense claims policy; process on accounting system allocating to correct cost. code; process approved supplier invoices and expense claims for payment in good time managing electronic payments process, ready for authorisation by bank signatory; maintain hard copy records for all payments made
  • Checking Loan and fixed asset
  • Checking the daily report for expenses and loan return.
  • Checking salary application from HR (the payroll provider on a monthly basis to ensure approved updates to payroll information are processed in good time (joiners, leavers, deductions, pay adjustments etc); arrange approval & prepare payments of net salaries, payroll taxes and pension contributions owed in good time). "
  • Checking Demo phone list, Calculate profit or loss demo phone and recording.
  • Arranging for stamp duty tax and banking procedures.
  • Checking Sale Income and receivable list.
  • Checking sale incentives and employee Incentive data from Retail Department.
  • Following receivable list customer every week.
  • Calculating Income Statement for operation expenses and analysis for monthly income.
  • Checking Month End Closing and making data entry to ERP system.
  • Making invoice for logistics fee and check add money or not
  • Checking for add money process.
  • Maintaining up-to-date financial system knowledge.
  • Undertake all duties and responsibilities in compliance with the rules and regulations encompassing. Equal Opportunities and the Staff Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Workload management: effectively manage the financial workload to ensure work is delivered to agreed timelines and that plans are integrated with all staff activities and goals.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be expected and which are commensurate with the level of the post.

Job Requirement

  • ACCA/B. Com/B. Act (or) any graduate with an accounting-related Diploma.
  • Fair Business English.
  • Good MS Office skill including advanced Excel.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
