Position – Finance Manager (1 Post)

Salary – Up to 2,000,000 Lakhs + Hostel Allowance + Meal Provided

Business – FMCG Distribution

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Working Hours – 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Location – Mahar Aung Myay Township, Mandalay

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and guide the existing accountant team to ensure accurate daily bookkeeping (Sales, Purchases, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable).

• Check and approve daily cash, bank, and stock reconciliations prepared by the team.

• Maintain, clean, and organize all company financial data using Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare clear monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets using Excel.

• Track distribution costs (transportation, warehouse expenses, damages) to find ways to save money.

• Monitor daily cash flow and the outstanding debts from distribution sub-dealers/shops and ensure the team collects payments on time.

• Review and ensure correct calculations for monthly commercial tax and income tax.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities when required. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), ACCA (Part 2/3), or CPA.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting/finance management, ideally within a distribution, wholesale, or trading business.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory (must be comfortable with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and formatting large data sheets smoothly).

• Proven experience managing the team, good understanding of Myanmar tax regulations and the Mandalay market landscape.

• High integrity, sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure during month-end closing.
