Position - Finance Officer (System) (F -1  Post)

Salary - 700,000 MMK ~ 800,000 MMK

Business - Microfinance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Tamwe Township

Job Description: 

• Problem-solving the operation issue out coming from branches
• Assisting and Attending in UAT Testing the new loan product creation in the system, existing product modification, and feature related to the system 
• Coordinate with IT Team, Business Team, and support to business for day-to-day branches operation requirements
• Collecting from all branches customer require information with excel spread sheet consolidated 
• Maintain the good relationship with other department matter and then collaboration with branch business operation
• Checking and reconciliation for monthly reports related with branches 
• To check and prepare the MIS information
• Actively conduct follow-up with the branch and relevant departments
• Assist to external audit requirement documents and  regulatory requirement documents 
• Able to branch visit and checking the internal control process at branches
• Able to work out of office hour which will require any emergency matter 
• Assist in conducting training sessions

Job Requirement

• Any graduated more than 2 year experience with MFIs , accounting knowledge (LCCI Level 2 &3)
• Microsoft office , Advance Excel functions and more technical knowledge with MBWIN system
• Good communication skill of English Language  and  email writing 
• Most familiar with Microsoft Team, Zoom application and Viber application and etc. related with meeting and training purpose 
• Any emergency matter related to finance work
• Assist to Head of Finance for MIS requirement information
