Position: Finance Officer (1 Post)

Salary: 650,000 MMK ~ 750,000 MMK + Ferry Provide (Near Pick-up)

Industry: Microfinance

 Working Days & Hours – Monday – Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location: Tamwe Township

Job Description:

  • Prepare and verify cash flow forecasts for operational requirements.
  • Handle bank withdrawals and deposits at the relevant bank to meet operational requirements.
  • Manage fund transfer arrangements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile customer repayments with bank balances daily through financial service providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date treasury records, including transaction vouchers and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and submit treasury-related reports to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial transactions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Regional Finance team and branches to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain good relationships with relevant banks.
  • Assist to external audit requirement documents and regulatory requirement documents.
  • Support the Finance Manager and Head of Finance with other treasury-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Any graduated more than 2-year experience with MFIs, accounting knowledge (LCCI Level 2 & 3, AAT Level 3).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel functions; technical knowledge of the MBWIN system is an advantage.
  • Good communication skill of English Language and email writing. 
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, Google Drive/Links, Zoom and Viber applications.
  • Flexibility to perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Head of Finance. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
  • A proactive and cooperative attitude in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders is expected.
