Job Description: 

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting. 

• Oversee accounting records, GL, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, fixed assets and cos ng. • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. 

• Monitor operational costs, product profitability, wastage and cost-saving opportunities. 

• Manage cash flow, working capital, AR, AP and banking ac vi es. • Develop financial policies, internal controls, compliance and audit processes. 

• Oversee financial controls for farming, processing, packing, inventory and logistics.

• Provide management with financial reports, KPIs, analysis and business insights.

• Lead, coach and develop the Finance and Accountants team.

Job Requirement

• Accommodation will be provided in Nay Pyi Taw.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred

• 15+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including senior finance or Financial Controller experience

• Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, food product on, FMCG, manufacturing or trading is preferred.

• Strong ERP/accounting system and advanced excel skills

• Strong Analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with high integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow and internal controls.
