Position - Front End Developer & Technical Support (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate

Business - Singapore Web Development Company

Working Days & Hours - Remote (8 Hours/Day, 5 Days/Week)

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Support Requests
  • Monitor and answer technical support emails and helpdesk tickets
  • Provide clear, step-by-step resolutions and communicate effectively with clients
  • Plugin and Solution Research
  • Investigate and recommend suitable plugins or third-party solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide workaround options where needed
  • Website Testing and QA
  • Create and manage staging/testing environments
  • Test plugins, themes, and updates before applying changes to live sites
  • Documentation and Coordination
  • Document resolutions and technical procedures
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to escalate or follow up on complex issues

Requirements

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience using CMS platforms, including:
  • WordPress (including plugin/theme handling)
  • E-commerce CMS: Shopify/WooCommerce/Prestashop (product setup, basic store
  • configurations)
  • Understanding of web hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, FTP)
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and maintaining website functionality
  • Assist with basic website updates, landing page edits, and front-end tweaks using HTML, CSS,
  • and low-code tools like Webflow or WordPress.
  • Help implement UI improvements based on design guidelines or templates.
  • Collaborate with the core dev/design team to ensure smooth rollout of site changes.
  • Ideal for someone with a good eye for layout, attention to detail, and familiarity with responsive design principles.
  • Training and guidance will be provided by eFusion.
  • Good research skills to evaluate third-party plugins and tools
  • Strong English communication skills (written)
  • Strong independent problem-solver, able to pre-empt issues and proactively propose solutions
  • Highly effective with time management and able to juggle multiple requests and tasks in a fast-paced environment
