Position - General Manager (M- 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 5,000,000 MMK + Communication Allowance, provide the company car, Yearly GM performance pay based on company revenue (Performance Rewards)
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - East Dagon Industrial Zone
Requirements
- Graduate, preferable MBA degree holders
- At least 10 years in professional working experience, are self-motivated and able to display maturity to overcome challenging complex business situations (Age under 50)
- Advanced level of presentation, English 4 skills/ negotiating/reporting & team building skills.
- Microsoft Office & other Related computer / software skill
- Budgeting, planning, and strategy skills, Business processes and functions knowledge, Problem-solving abilities
Job Description (or) Major Accountabilities
(1) Business & Management Development
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Translates long-term business strategy into actionable short-term business goals for the organization.
- Develops business plans based on the strategic goals set by business unit leadership.
- Improve standards to a higher level and maximize organizational performance.
- Contributing to plans for the organization's progress and growth
- Achieve or exceed balanced scorecard targets for the organization of responsibility.
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
- Develop business strategic plan and procedure and link with key strategic projects.
(2) Budget & Planning
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
(3) Team Meeting & Report
- Implementation of the weekly/ monthly meeting with the Team.
- Review & revise daily/weekly/monthly performance of the organization
- Report to MD for organization condition & general finding.
(4) Other Duties
- Ad-hoc duties which assigned by management
