Job Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, performance, and compatibility testing on smartphones and related accessories.

• Test software applications (pre- installed and third-party apps).

• Conduct mobile app testing with emphasis on usability, stability, and integration with device systems.

• Execute manual and automated test cases, documenting results in detail.

• Identify, analyze, and log defects, providing clear reports to development or service teams.

• Collaborate with R&D, software developers, and service engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with company testing protocols, industry standards, and safety requirements.

• Simulate real-user scenarios including network usage, call quality, messaging, and mobile payment systems.

• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on test outcomes.

• Stay updated with new mobile technologies, OS versions, and testing tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in mobile device testing, QA, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS platforms.

• Familiarity with hardware diagnostics and mobile network systems (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, etc.).

• Experience with testing tools and mobile app test frameworks.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
