Position - Hotel Maintenance Engineer (M - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 600,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance

Business - Hotel Business

Working Days & Hours - 6 Days Per Week (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mayangone Township

Job Responsibilities

• Daily inspection & maintain all mechanical & electrical, sanitary & plumbing system
• Perform maintenance and repairs for assigned area of expertise such as the interior and exterior of buildings/hotel rooms
• To undertake plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry and minor electrical and mechanical engineering work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the hotel
• Able to perform simple hands-on troubleshooting skills, carry out routine checking, services to smoothen the operation.
• Able to Perform duties assigned, manage and maintain proper records, documents and materials

Requirements

• B.E (Electrical/Mechanical) or B.Tech ( Electrical/Mechanical)
• Must have working experience 2 years and above in relevant field
• Strong interpersonal, technical skills and communication skills
