Position - HR Assistant Manager (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 1,100,000 MMK + Health Insurance, Life Insurance, MPT Mobile Package, Ferry
Business - Agricultural Business
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Bahan & Thilawa
Job Description:
General HR Duties: (65%)
• Supporting HR benefits related matters
• Responsible for accurate inputs of the payroll data and work closely with finance for timely payroll disbursements
• Manage Leave related matters
• Facilitate hiring process both operational aspects and talent recruitment aspects
• Facilitate necessary trainings for colleagues
• Support drafting and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• On/off boarding process
Specific Duties: (15%)
• Oversee all HR related issues
• Work with Country Manager and respective team leaders in instilling company culture among all colleagues in Myanmar
• Manage office administrative matters together with Admin Assistant
• Assist corporate HR functions assigned by SG HR Manager
Assist in Ad-hoc project & events assigned by Country Manager and Regional HR Team (20%)
Job Requirement
Minimum
• University degree
• At least 5-8 years of experience in HR/HR Admin function with 2-3 years as Senior HR management role
• Well versed in Myanmar Labor regulations
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Detail-oriented, organized in work and able to meet tight timeline
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Experiences of HR software
• Experiences in corporate training programs
