๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

โ€ข Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.

โ€ข Support onboarding and orientation of new hires across departments.

โ€ข Employee Relations & Engagement:

โ€ข Assist in resolving employee issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

โ€ข Support the organization of staff events, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.

โ€ข Coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops.

โ€ข Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and compliance documents.

โ€ข Assist with payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.

โ€ข Help ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety policies, and company regulations.

โ€ข Support the performance appraisal process by collecting evaluations, preparing summaries, and following up on development plans.

โ€ข Track probation reviews, contract renewals, and promotions in coordination with managers.

โ€ข Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, training status, etc.).

โ€ข Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

โ€ข Contribute to employer branding and HR marketing efforts.

Requirements:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

โ€ข Minimum 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, training, or generalist roles.

โ€ข Solid understanding of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.

โ€ข Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is a plus.

โ€ข Strong communication skills in both English and Myanmar (written & spoken).

โ€ข Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

โ€ข Experience in fast-paced industries like sales, consulting, or services is preferred.
