Job Responsibilities

• Calculate the Payroll attendance, Leave, Late deduction, OT, allowance and benefit of employee

Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors and meets tight deadline

• Provide payroll related contribution process about Government and then good handling

SSB Card of the employee and Tax Book process

• Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.

• Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records

• Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.

• Preparing Recruitment processes.

• Maintain employee files, assist with payroll, keep track of confirmation dates, maintain leave records and implement HR activities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

•Maintains employee records and paperwork.

Weekly and monthly report to HR Manager.

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor degree holder.

• Diploma or Certificate in HR management.

• Good English communication skills.

• Minimum (3) year of experience in HR administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

• Working Time:(8:30 am) to (5:00 pm)

• Salary -400,000 to 500,000

• Off Day-Sunday & Public Holiday
