Position - HR Manager (M - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance, Travelling Allowance, Phone Bill Allowance, Uniform, Annual Bonus

Business - Cement Distribution 

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Location - Mandalay

Job Description:

Manage overall HR planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and training & development

• Develop HR department policies and procedures, employee handbook, review JD & JS, and create overall HR templates

• Compile and maintain market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement & retention

• Experienced in working KPI, Balanced Scorecard, and SOP Processes

• Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees

• Building strong employee relations & engagement to attain their trust & employer branding

• Assist in developing and reviewing Talent Management Strategies for critical leadership positions and talented employees.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to provide validated HR metrics and insights to Senior Management Team

Job Requirement

• Age Between 33 – 38

• Any Graduate (Prefer MBA)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Related field

• Able to lead all HR Functions such as HR Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal & Performance Management

• Prefer those who have worked on SOP, KPI and Balanced Scorecard processes

• Must be experienced in drawing policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

• Able to handle to all personnel matters with strong Employee Engagement & Retention

• Report HR Functional Metrics and Insights weekly and monthly

• Proficient in Microsoft office & Internet

• Must be able to handle all office issues and solve employee complaints well

• Able to communicate, cooperate with others and be able to enter/exit relevant offices
