Position - HR Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Above 1,500,000 MMK 

Business - Distribution

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday 

Location - Thingangyun Township

Job Description:

• Manage overall HR planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and training & development

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the distribution operation.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

• Develop HR department policies and procedures, employee handbook, review JD & JS, and create overall HR templates

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and organizational goals

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate HR records and data, providing insights and analysis to support decision making processes.

 

• Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies relevant to the distribution industry.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to provide validated HR metrics and insights to Management Team

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification.

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in HR management roles

• Able to lead all HR Functions such as HR Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal & Performance Management

• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with the ability to translate them into practical solutions for the distribution business.

• Prefer those who have worked on SOP, KPI and Balanced Scorecard processes

• Must be experienced in drawing policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

• Able to handle to all personnel matters with strong Employee Engagement & Retention

• Report HR Functional Metrics and Insights weekly and monthly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
