Position: Internal Audit Officer (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary: Up to 600,000 MMK + Ferry Provide (Near Pick-up)

Working Days & Hours– Monday – Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location: Tamwe Township

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise the internal audit team
• Audit company branches and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Detect and report violations of the code of conduct
• Investigate fraud cases and recommend corrective actions
• Develop comprehensive audit programs for effective coverage
• Execute the annual audit plan and coordinate with external auditors
• Assess internal controls and policy compliance
• Review operational efficiency and recommend improvements
• Evaluate new/modified systems for internal control risks before implementation
• Ensure audit documentation standards are followed
• Issue audit findings and coordinate with relevant departments
• Report findings and updates to the Internal Audit Manager
• Maintain independence in audit functions
• Recruit, train, and rotate internal audit staff for skill development
• Participate in fieldwork to ensure audit quality
• Conduct special investigations and surprise audits
• Support department-specific needs (e.g., client dropout surveys, special reviews)

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or Finance
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Knowledge of auditing standards and risk-based auditing
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
