Job Description:
- Installing and Configuring computer Hardware, Software and Systems.
- Monitoring and Maintaining Computer systems and networks.
- Providing technical support for each department, lectures and students
- Schedule zoom meetings for online class and online meeting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Conducting daily backup operations.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Assist the academic and student services team
- Handle the online learning platform zoom meeting (including scheduling, sharing online learning records to the students and Manage the zoom platform.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or any graduate with IT Diploma or relative certificates.
- 3 years of experience in networks and systems maintenance with hands-on troubleshooting practices.
- Good to have knowledge (CCNA, MCP, MCSE)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
