Position - IT Technician (F - 1 Post)

Salary - 1,000,000 MMK ~ 1,200,000 MMK + Ferry + Lunch

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (7:45AM ~ 4:45 PM)

Location - Mingaladon Township

Job Description: 

• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining Microsoft operating systems, application software.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Assist in software ,patches, and hardware upgrades
• Troubleshooting of IT Hardware, Software and NetWare issues
• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc) to ensure functionally
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

Job Requirement

• A degree in information technology/computer information systems or relevant professional qualifications 
• Diploma from information Technology or equivalent discipline 
• Minimum 3 years of IT working experience :hands -on experience in IT support & troubleshooting
• Excellent communication ability 
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
