𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Track and record daily completed work progress (work done) from road construction sites.
• Collect daily reports from Site Engineers and systematically organize and maintain project data.
• Supervise site material usage to prevent waste and compare actual consumption rates against specified standards.
• Prepare cost and budget estimations for new upcoming projects, ongoing projects, and maintenance works.
• Calculate and estimate material and resource requirements related to the repair and maintenance of current operations.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing completed work progress (work done) and material consumption.
• Prepare and present engineering drawings using AutoCAD as required.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• B.E. (Civil) or AGTI/ACTI (Civil) degree holder.
• Relevant work experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and relevant engineering software.
• Ability to prepare, report, and present project progress updates effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
