Position- M&E Drafter ( M- 1 Post )

Salary - Negotiable + Ferry Provide + Phone Bill Allowance

Location - North Okkalapa Township

Working Days & Hours - Mon to Sat (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM, Sat Half Day)

Job Requirements

- AGTI, B-Tech, BE (EP ,EC MP, MC)

- Must be between 20-35 years of age.

- Minimum of 5years experiences in related field.

- Must be proficient in Auto CAD,2D,3D,ISO,Revit (M&E Drawing)

- Able to use Microsoft word,excel.

- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Must be able to travelling.

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Familiar with local building regulations & code of practices from authorities.

- Familiar with high-rise building design & Installation.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Review all M&E shop drawing & design drawing from design team & summit to consultant.

- Coordinate with other engineering team members on technical issues & design solutions in meeting project deliverables.

- Participates in project meeting, attends to basic technical queries & issues related.

- Attends site meetings, progress & design meetings to provide status updates and resolves design and other issues.

- Oversee all related M&E issue on site.

- Accountable for the correct, accurate, and reliable design and installation of the M&E system.
