𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐃𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
𝟏. 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐏𝐋𝐂 & 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo drives across drawing and cutting machines.
• Diagnose and repair electronic components, sensors, relays, temperature controllers, encoders, and PCB boards.

𝟐. 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 & 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐏𝐌)
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly PM plans for drawing lines, cutting machines, lathe machines, and utilities.
• Manage mechanical servicing (bearings, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication) and electrical/electronic checks.

𝟑. 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐅𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Lead rapid Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and repairs for unexpected machine failures.
• Direct lathe machine operations to fabricate or re-machine urgent spare parts on-site during emergencies.

𝟒. 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 & 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Maintain optimal stock levels for critical mechanical parts and high-value automation components (PLCs, VFDs, sensors).
• Oversee transformers, Main Switchboards (MSB), power distribution, and backup generators.

𝟓. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians in mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting.
• Enforce HSE regulations, electrical safety standards, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• B.E. or AGTI Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years in factory maintenance management (plastics, bag, or packaging industries
• preferred).
• Hands-on experience with extrusion lines, cutting machines, lathe operations, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Strong diagnostic skills in PLCs, VFD drive configurations, sensors, and circuit schematics.
• Proven team leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word for maintenance reporting.
