Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote solar products and services in the Chinese-speaking market, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities in the Chinese - speaking market, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to the Chinese-speaking audience across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to optimize results and return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain relationships with local media partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact of marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with local customers and staff.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Experience in the solar energy industry or related field is advantageous but not required.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in the local language and English.
