Position -Marketing Manager 

Salary -Above 1,500,000 MMK + Communication Allowance, Ferry provided (Depend on ferry way), Yearly Bonus

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8;30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - East Dagon Industrial Zone

Job Descriptions

·        To research and overview all of the potential customers and new business development and improvement.

·        To conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop strategic business development plans.

·        Analyze how customers use existing products and understand customer’s needs, preferences and attitudes about products.

·        Establish effective working relationships with agencies and other key partners to ensure that our products and services.

·        Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies.

·        Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends

·        Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s for the Marketing department and regionally

·        To develop client relationship management plans and to prepare contracts ensuring adherence to regulations and legal rights.

·        To explore and bring the new profitable contracts and business opportunities.

Event Management

·        Manage agencies for video production, photo shooting and event organization.

·        Coordinate product launches, both online and offline.

·        Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to coordinate marketing activities.

Budgeting

·        Create and manage budget for the Marketing department.

Planning & Reporting

·        Analysis, interpretation and reporting of market research and consumer trends

·        Preparing & managed the short-term and long-term marketing plans

·        Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.

·        Analyze the marketing strategies and the market situation and  report back to MD weekly and monthly.

Other

·        Additional/Ad-hoc duties-Willing to accept additional responsibilities assigned from time to time by MD for Career enhancement/others.

Job Requirement

•         Any Graduate (MBA preferable)
•         At least 7 years in professional working experience in marketing
•         Advanced level of presentation, English 4 skills/ negotiating/reporting & team building skills.
