Salary - Above 1,000,000 MMK + Attendance Allownce after probation

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Dagon Seik Kan Township, Yangon

Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote solar products and services in the Chinese-speaking market, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to the Chinese-speaking audience across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities in the Chinese - speaking market, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with media partners, agencies, and influencers in the Chinese-speaking market to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact of marketing activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, any graduate, or a related field
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a Chinese-speaking market.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies targeted at Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience in the solar energy industry or related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
