Job Description:
- Align marketing strategies with the company's objectives and goals, coordinate marketing operations with sales activities, and ensure business growth through effective market execution.
- The Marketing Manager must understand the company’s objectives and successfully implement strategies to achieve them.
- Oversee and manage financial planning for marketing operations.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team by fostering creativity in developing marketing initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data on market trends, sellers, and consumers to develop promotion and advertising strategies, ensuring the effective execution of marketing plans.
- Lead and support the development of online (digital) and offline marketing strategies to enhance market growth.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential business partners to strengthen the company’s marketing operations.
- Plan and execute projects, KPI tracking, targets, and deadlines effectively.
- Provide monthly reports on departmental operations to the MD & ED.
Job Requirement
- Any graduate / MBA Prefer
- Between 35 to 40 years old.
- Other Qualifications & Experience in areas like digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and content creation is often preferred.
- Understanding market research and the ability to identify consumer needs and trends.
- Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies based on market analysis.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is important.
- Experience- A minimum of 7 years in the marketing field & 3 Years in management role.
- Language- Fluent in English.
- Competencies Attitudes: Must have a positive mindset, strong work ethics, and honesty.
- Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with business partners. Must possess proactive professional skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and people management skills. Ability to think creatively, critically, and collaboratively while taking the lead.
