Business -Lubricant (Mobil Engine Oil)

Position - MD's Cesretary

Salary - Up to 700,000 MMK +Ferry + Uniform + Annual Bonus + Travel Allowance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Saturday Alternative Off) (8:00 AM ~ 4:30 PM)

Location - Mayangone Township, Yangon

Job Description: 

- Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person. 

- Arrange work schedule, meeting schedule, business trips for the MD; record and summarize the content of meetings for the MD to serve the management and operation purpose; 

- Scheduling meetings and appointments , Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings 

- Synthesize information and set up work schedule for the MD; announce the work schedule to relevant individuals/departments. 

- Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers; keep such information confidential. 

- Write and distribute routine correspondence and reports; compile data and prepare reports. 

- Receive, classify, arrange and process information and documents sent to the MD quickly, promptly and accurately; 

- Read secretarial publications and attend workshops to improve skills over time. 

- Liaising with staff, relevant organizations, suppliers and clients 

- Communicating with clients by attaining telephone calls and MD's guests. 

- Translation a variety of documents including office memo, meeting minute, legal, research and commercial issues 

- Attending events and meeting on behalf of the MD's and later briefing about the same 

- Other tasks assigned by the MD.

Job Requirement

➢ *Must have Bachelor's Degree in Any Graduate.

➢ At least 2 year of experience in heavy machinery or industrial machinery.

➢ Minimum 2 years’ experience in general manufacturing or mining industry is preferred.

➢ Genuine interest in secretary related field

➢ Able to use computer, Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Email,

➢ Good communication and writing skills in both English and Burmese.

➢ Ability to raise issues proactively and promptly.

➢ Precise attention to detail.

➢ The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, Strong attention to detail.
