𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: 𝐌𝐄𝐏 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 – 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 (𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐟)

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐲𝐮𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
𝐌&𝐄 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐐𝐒):
• Measure and take off quantities from M&E drawings (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Protection Systems) to prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Estimate material quantities, labor costs, and operational expenses for project budgeting and tendering.
• Work closely with Site Managers and M&E Engineers to monitor material delivery, usage, and cost variations.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, prepare cost comparisons, and verify progress payments and interim claims.

𝐌&𝐄 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for Electrical (Lighting, Power, Single Line Diagrams), HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Draft and update Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings according to site conditions and specifications.
• Coordinate with Architectural and Structural drawings to identify and resolve any spatial clashes or discrepancies.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Bachelor’s degree, B.Tech, or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum [1 to 2 years] of relevant working experience as an M&E QS and/or Drafter in construction or building projects.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Knowledge of Revit M&E / BIM software is a plus.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Strong ability to read and interpret M&E engineering drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Good understanding of M&E materials, standards, and specifications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
