Position - Myanmar Based-IT Leader (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 2,500,000 MMK + Hostel Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Local Social Insurance + Annual Raise

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 4:30 PM)

Location - Lamadaw Township

Job Description: 

• Lead and mentor junior engineers in Yangon

• Collaborate with Japan-site teams on active projects

• Support documentation and communication

• Training support (Language & IT)

• To report to the manager and the Japan site on the progress of the IT engineer

• Meeting with the Japan site and local site on the situation

Job Requirement:

• Experience: 5 years ( Java/Spring Boot preferred )

• Advanced Knowledge of database design and optimization ( MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Leader Experience 2 years or above

• Good Leadership

• Good communication skill

• Strong Mentoring and coaching abilities with demonstrated team growth results

• Japanese Language: JLPT N3 (N2 Preferred)
