Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into fully functional web and app solutions using no-code/low-code platforms, including Webflow.
2. Utilize the visual development interface of Webflow to customize templates, layouts, and interactive components, ensuring seamless user experiences.
3. Integrate third-party applications, plugins, and APIs to enhance the functionality and features of web and app projects.
4. Optimize websites and applications for responsiveness, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO) to maximize user engagement and traffic.
5. Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing across various devices and browsers to ensure the flawless performance and functionality of developed web and app solutions.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the no-code/low-code development field, particularly Webflow, and share knowledge with the team.
8. Actively participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to improve development processes and standards.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience in web and app development, with a specific focus on no-code/low-code platforms.
2. Proficiency in using Webflow and a solid understanding of its features, components, and integration capabilities.
3. Strong knowledge of front-end development languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
4. Ability to transform design mockups and wireframes into functional web and app interfaces.
5. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a keen eye for creating visually appealing and intuitive user experiences.
6. Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them in web and app projects.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
8. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within a team environment.
9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
10. Strong desire for continuous learning and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in no-code/low-code technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms and tools, such as Bubble, Adalo, or OutSystems.
2. Familiarity with back-end development concepts, databases, and APIs.
3. Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
4. Prior exposure to project management tools and methodologies.
